Each week, there will be a new exercise to focus on. The idea is that this can be the "go to" exercise to be used as a motor break, or generally throughout the day.
This week's exercise is: WINDMILLS
Cross over and touch your opposite foot with your hand.
Reach up in the middle of the motion with arms overhead.
Then touch your other foot with your opposite hand.
Can you do 7 on each side? Make sure to fully reach up tall in between each toe touch, as the tendency is to stay low and move from toe to toe.
